How Far in Advance Should I Book?
For peak periods and weekends, it’s best to book as early as possible to secure your pet’s spot. For regular bookings, at least a few days' notice is ideal, though last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

Transporting your pet to the nearest emergency clinic if needed.

cancellation policy
Snout Safari understands that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations are handled:
Peak Period Bookings
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be charged the full service fee.
This policy helps ensure fair scheduling for all clients, especially during peak periods when demand is high.
